Town of Danville Development Review Board Minutes

April 5,  2007

The meeting was called to order by Temporary Chairman Gail Devereaux at 7:00 p.m.

 In attendance

Board Members- Gail Devereaux, Kristin Devereaux, Don Glover, Edward Hebebrand, Mike Smith Non Board Members- Linda Leone

 Approval of Minutes

The minutes for February were approved.

Permit Hearinc;s

 Permit #2007-05 Thomas Semprebon, 263 Old Homestead Rd, West Danville

Request for 16x30 garage. Setbacks were not met. A call was made to Mr. Semprebon for explanations for project. Mr. Semprebon had talked to neighbor concerning setback and was assured it was okay to build within the setback. Trees at the property are an issue as they could possibly fall on the garage. This permit was tabled until a site visit scheduled for 4/23/07 was made.

 *** Site visit was made by all DRB members with the exception of Don Glover. After reviewing the site and talking with Mr. Semprebon concerning other possible locations for his project the DRB rejected his permit application and request for a variance.***

Permit # 2007-04 Larry Rossi, So. Otis Driver, Danville

                18x28 storage building. Has met all requirements.

Permit Approved.

 New Business: Review of letter from James DeShone to the Select board giving his resignation. The DRB members signed a letter to be presented to the Select board to reinstate James to the DRB
