Town of Danville Development Review Board Minutes' May 5, 2007 The meeting was called to order by Temporary Chairman Gail Devereaux at 7:00 p.m. In attendance Board Members- Gail Devereaux, Kristin Devereaux, Don Glover, Edward Hebebrand, Mike Smith Non Board -Members- Attended by: Bonnie Corey, Paul Coates, Jim Ashley, Dennis Amsden, R.L. Drown - Saben, Stephen Hodgdon, Usa Hodgdon Approval of Minutes The minutes for April were approved. Permit Hearings Permit #2007-10 Bonnie Corey, 471 Bruce Badger Memorial Hwy. Danville Removal of house and replace with 56 x 26 dbl wide. Removal and replacement of current garage. Permit Approved
Permit # 2007-16 J. Paul Coates, 2173 Peacham Rd, Danville Construction of dwelling addition in 2 phases. 1st phase - 2nd story addition to existing foundation 2nd phase - Addition of 20x24 to east side (opposite from road) expanding foundation and 1st floor deck on rear with access from 2nd floor. Fire place in basement addition of chimney. To be completed in 3-4 years. Permit Approved.
Permit # 2007-13 Dennis and Kathy Amsden, 1631 Parker Rd, Danville Attach garage 34x34 and mudroom 12x12 12x34 lean to attach to end of garage. Permit Approved Permit # 2007-11 Charles Beliveau, 167 Hill St, Danville Tear down attached garage and shed, build dormer and add vinyl siding. Create master bedroom and bath on 2nd floor. Install drainage around foundation change entrance door. Shingle roof. Add 12 foot deck on back of house. Permit Denied. Prior to permit approval, construction that changed the design of the house was started. Board also had questions as to if Owner was intending to rebuild the garage and shed. Gail Devereaux attempted to call Owner, with no answer. Permit tabled until Owner could be reached and meet with Board. I It was requested by the Board that Zoning Administrator contact Owner requesting that all construction stop until a meeting could be held. Special meeting held on May 12, 2007, In attendance were DRB members, Gail Devereaux, Kristin Devereaux, Edward Hebebrand, and Mike Smith, also Mr. Belizean. After explaining the Boards request for halting his construction and clarifying if the garage and shed would be replaced, Mr Belizean was notified that his permit was approved and he needed to wait the required 15 days from approval to begin construction on this project. Mr. Belizean would submit an updated permit if he wanted to rebuild the garage and shed.
