Land development as defined in 24 V.S.A. §4303(10), except for those specifically exempted in the zoning bylaws, may not be commenced without a permit issued by the Administrative Officer. No zoning permit may be issued by the Administrative Officer unless the proposed development complies with all applicable sections of the bylaws, and all applicable approvals required by the Development Review Board have been granted. All development review is initiated with the Administrative Officer, through the administrative review process.  An application for a zoning permit shall be filed with the Administrative Officer on forms provided by the Town of Danville.
