 Attendees:             Jim Ashley, Jeff Frampton, Alison Meaders, Nancy Lewis, Kim Prior, Derek Fenby

 Start:               Meeting opened at 7:05 pm

 New Business:

 Planning for October 18 Public Hearing of bylaw changes.    This is the first of at least two public hearings, the second being after the Selectboard reviews the bylaw changes.  We will begin following the bylaw changes as soon as the second public hearing is warned.

 Close:             Meeting closed at 7:55 pm

Next Warned Meeting:                     Thursday October 18 at 7:00 pm

 Next Working Meeting:                     Thursday October 25, 2007 at 7:00 pm
