 Start:               Meeting opened at 7:20 pm

 Previous Minutes:            Note that the August meeting was pre-empted by the Act 250 hearing for the Danville Route project.

New Business:           

 RFQ for consulting support: Two proposals have been received and both were reviewed and discussed. It was decided to postpone final selection until we contact one vendor regarding the proposed time frame to be sure that there was no misunderstanding on the vendor’s part. If necessary we will schedule a short meeting to consider any revised proposals.

 Action Items:

 Alison to talk to Mert re mapping of town roads (class 4) and trails.

 Close:                         Meeting closed at 8:30 pm

 Next Warned Meeting:             Thursday 26 October 2006, 7:00 pm in the Town Hall

 Agenda Items for Next Warned Meeting:             The following items will be included in the agenda for the next meeting.

 Complete vendor selection for consulting support for zoning bylaw draft efforts.
