Attendees:      Jeff Frampton, Nancy Lewis, Kim Prior, Jim Ashley

 Start:              Meeting opened at 7:07 pm

Discussed timeline for approval / closing process for current bylaw changes:

-          Kim to send letters to abutting towns, around-town postings and warning to Caledonia Record by July 8^th

-          Color-highlighted (change-highlighted) copies to Linda Leone and Gail Devereaux pre July 1^st DRB meeting

-          Public meeting (with DRB invited) on July 23^rd (next Planning Commission meeting)

-          Selectboard approval meeting in August or September (need to pick a date, and to ask Noelle McKay, Smart Growth, to attend)

-          Implementation dated for October 1 (when we have an updated zoning map)

Jeff’s final changes for us to review to be circulated Monday June 29, with final comments to Kim by July 1.

Alison, Jeff & Nancy to meet with Noelle McKay on July 8^th – to discuss next project deliverables, timeline & budget.
