Start:                           Meeting opened at 7:04 pm

Previous Minutes:            The Minutes from the previous meeting were read by the clerk and accepted.

New Business:       

Jeremy McMullen has resigned from the Planning commission.

Zoning Training: A training session is scheduled for 5:30 PM on 10 July 2006 at the town hall. PC members are asked to arrive at 5:00 to help set things up.

Zoning Bylaw Drafting effort: Alison has agreed to oversee and direct the PC members in the zoning bylaws draft effort.

Action Items:

Develop RFP for consulting support for zoning bylaw draft efforts.

Jeff to contact Mert Leonard on matters regarding Conservation Commission.

Jim to contact John Deleo regarding rolls of overylay film for markup.
