Minutes of Planning Commission meeting

February 26, 2004

19:08             Meeting called to order

19:10            Discussion on town meeting day, survey questions. Reviewed each question, changed or added as needed. Kelley M. to type amended survey

20:45   Budget Expenses

1)      Daggett Road Survey, Not approved at this time, it is unknown at this time if P.C. received what was asked for.

2)      Approved to reimburse Jeff Frampton $24.29 for expenses related to town workshop

20:55   Town meeting day March 2, at a minimum 4 people will be present during first half of the day, 2 will be available 2^nd half of day. Everyone willing to hand out surveys and work table as needed

21:05            Discussion about making changes to their section of the town plan following recommendations from Natalie. It was decided that Kelley M. would contact Landworks and try to receive and updated version of the town plan so we could see where we are at and what areas need improvement.
