 Start:               Meeting opened at 7:05 pm

New Business:

Discussed possible topics for next Municipal Planning Grant request due in September 2007. Focus will be on Village Centers and recommendations to conserve their traditional character while facilitating smart growth concepts. DPC members to submit any additional thoughts or suggestions to Jeff via email no later than Friday, August 3, 2007.

 Zoning Bylaw review tabled until August meeting. Plan is still to circulate draft update of Administration and Enforcement section of Bylaw to Zoning Administrator and DRB for review and comment by end of September 2007.

Budget:          

Nothing new to report.
