                             Danville Planning Commission

Attendees:             Jim Ashley, Jeff Frampton, Alison Meaders, Nancy Lewis, Kim Prior

Guests:            Linda Leone, Zoning Administrator

 Start:               Meeting opened at 7:05 pm

New Business:

Discussed with Linda her current procedures for zoning administration, especially regarding Danville Zoning Application.  Nancy Lewis will draft an updated Application form and instructions for further review with Linda. 

Linda presented questions for clarification (some from her, some from Ginny, town clerk).  Alison is checking federal regulations vs. local authority for placement of mailboxes, especially with regard to snow plowing.  Alison will also provide a definition of ‘immediate neighborhood’ in zoning bylaw section 808.1, and planning commission will further clarify the word ‘protect’ in section 807.4.

Final hearing by Selectboard on zoning bylaw revision is December 6^th (changed from November 15).
