Start: Meeting opened at 7:10 pm Previous Minutes: Read by the Clerk (pro-tem) and accepted by the DPC as written. Public Hearings: Review of the “Transportation” section of the draft Town Plan was held. Notes on changes to be summarized by Ed Demott and forwarded to Jeff Frampton for incorporation into draft plan. New Business: Planning Commission advised that Scott Palmer would be resigning for personal reasons. New Planning Grant submission to be drafted by Jeff Frampton and submitted by 30 September 2004 to Mert Leonard. Plan Preparation Update: DPC will meet Wednesday October 13th, 2004 to prepare for public meeting 28 October 2004. Budget Review : Town Budget - 2004: Total budget: $2000.00 Expenses: Caledonian Record $ 72.00 Total expenses committed year to date $1710.78 Balance remaining $ 289.22 Close: Meeting was closed at 8:50 pm.
