Minutes of Monthly Meeting Danville Planning Commission 22 April 2004
Attendees: Mike Smith Absent: Scott Palmer Jeff Frampton Kellie Merrell Jeremy McMullen Derek Fenby Guests: Jim Ashley Start: Meeting opened at 7:05 pm Previous Minutes: Read by the Clerk and accepted by the DPC as written. Public Hearings: None scheduled. New Business: None tabled Plan Preparation Update: Meeting was dedicated to a public review of the draft plan. Meeting had been advertised the two previous weeks in the Caledonian Record. Some members of the Select Board attended and felt that the direction being taken by the DPC was appropriate and provided encouraging words. Comments were received from the citizens in attendance and will be considered as the DPC finalizes the plan during the balance of 2004. Draft plan is on the Town Website and hard copies can be picked up at the Town Hall. It was decided to take each remaining DPC meeting (4th Thursday of the month) and review one or more key sections of the plan to finalize them. A schedule was handed out.
