Previous Minutes:

Read by the Clerk and accepted by the DPC as written.

 Public Hearings:       

 None scheduled.

 New Business:

 Agreed to pay Dagget Road - Dave Coburn for developing “2003 Danville Landowners Survey” database and correlating data. To be charged to Planning Grant.

 Mert Leonard advised that submission date for next grant application is September 2004. He will advise us in advance.

 DPC members advised that Municipal Seminars are coming up in April and anyone interested in attending should take advantage of early registration discount and register through Town Clerk. Costs to be charged to Town Planning Commission budget.

 DPC staffed a table at Town Meeting Day and handed out a spot survey. Results will be tabulated for next meeting.

 Kellie provided some of the “2003 Landowners Survey” results.

 Plan Preparation Update:

 Planning Commission members have met weekly since mid January to finalize first draft of Town Plan by 31 March 2004. All information was submitted to Landworks on 26 March 2004. Derek will follow up with Landworks to obtain first drafts to submit to Mert Leonard for funding justification and copies for Select Board to obtain concurrence on direction and format being taken. Derek and Jeff to meet with Select Board if required.

 Upon concurrence from Select Board, the DPC will meet bi-weekly on Tuesdays (13 April 04,

4 May 04, 8 June 04) to add statistics, maps and additional data to the draft. Target of mid December 2004 set to complete second draft.
