                        Minutes of Bylaw Review Public Meeting

                             Danville Planning Commission

                                       18 October 2007

 Attendees:             Jeff Frampton, Alison Meaders, Kim Prior, Nancy Lewis, Nancy Raskevitz (member of the public)

 Start:               Meeting opened at 7:00 pm

 Discussion:             Jeff introduced the board, gave the purpose of the meeting and presented a history and timeline of the bylaw review process.

 Nancy Raskevitz introduced herself and gave input on several typos in sections of the bylaws (not part of the current Article 8 revisions).  Nancy also submitted questions and clarifications that will be considered when the Planning Commission updates to those sections of the bylaws.

 Commission discussed next steps in the process to update Article 8 (to include warned meeting of Selectboard in 3 weeks).

 Close:             Meeting closed at 8:30 pm

 Next Working Meeting:            Thursday October 25^th, 2007 at 7:00 pm
