                   Special Selectboard Informational Meeting

                         Of the Town of Danville

                          To be held on August 5, 2010

The inhabitants of the Town of Danville who are legal voters in the Town are hereby notified to meet at the Danville Town Hall on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 6:30pm to be informed on the following petition, received on June 3, 2010, to propose charter adoption and amendments.

We the undersigned legal voters of the Town of Danville petition the Selectboard to call and warn public hearings and a special meeting as required by 17VSA :2645 to submit to the voters the proposed charter adoption and amendments as follows:

                    Proposed Town Charter Adoption/or Amendments

:101.  All Annual and Special Meetings of the Town of Danville shall be called and warned in the manner provided by the laws of the state. All voting on the town budget and highway budget at all Annual and Special Meetings shall be by Australian ballot.

Copies of the revised Town of Danville Zoning Bylaw may be Examined at the office of the Danville Town Clerk or on the Town website at  the link below
